Returns and Exchanges

This is a consumable product – to maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns.

Incorrectly Addressed Packages

In the event of an incorrect address being provided by customer, which is beyond our responsibility, and the package is delivered to the wrong address, a refund will not be processed until Radiance Rebel receives the erroneously addressed package.

If the customer requests a replacement package instead of a refund, a new shipping charge will be applied and must be paid prior to dispatching the new shipment.
