Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and/or using any product sold by Radiance Rebel LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that our skincare products are formulated using active and high-potency botanical, animal-derived, and other ingredients that may cause allergic, sensitivity, or irritant reactions in certain individuals. You are solely responsible for reviewing the ingredient list on each product page and/or packaging prior to purchase and use, and determining whether any listed ingredient may pose a risk to you given your skin type, sensitivities, allergies, or medical history. Before first use, you agree to perform a patch test by applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin (such as the inner forearm) and waiting at least 24- hours for any signs of an adverse reaction before proceeding to full use. Forgoing a patch test, or continuing use despite signs of a reaction, is done entirely at your own risk.
Certain products contain High-Alert Ingredients, including but not limited to bee venom, concentrated essential oils, and nut- or seed-derived oils, which carry an elevated risk of allergic reaction in sensitive individuals. By purchasing or using any product containing Bee Venom, you specifically acknowledge and confirm that you do not have a known allergy to bee or wasp stings or venom, and you assume all risk of systemic or localized reaction, including but not limited to anaphylaxis, hives, swelling, or severe dermatitis. By purchasing or using any product containing essential oils or nut- or seed-derived oils, you specifically acknowledge that you do not have a known allergy or sensitivity to the relevant botanical, nut, or seed source, and that essential oils in particular may cause photosensitivity, irritation, or allergic contact dermatitis in some users. You are responsible for refraining from use of any product containing an ingredient to which you have a known or suspected allergy or sensitivity.
Do not use any product on skin that is broken or otherwise compromised, or where the skin barrier is impaired. If you experience any sign of an allergic or adverse reaction during a patch test or after use (redness, itching, burning, swelling, blistering, or hives) discontinue use immediately and wash the affected area with mild soap and water. Seek emergency medical attention if you experience swelling of the face, lips, or throat, dizziness, or difficulty breathing.
Our products are cosmetics for external use only, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or dermatologist. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, immunocompromised, or have a pre-existing skin or health condition that may affect your reaction to a product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company is not liable for any damages - including systemic or localized allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, dermatitis, scarring, or other injury - arising from your purchase or use of any product, including failure to patch test, review applicable ingredient and allergen disclosures, follow product-specific usage instructions, or heed any warning or contraindication set forth herein. Company's total liability for any product will not exceed the purchase price paid for that product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth above.
