We’re happy to offer flat-rate shipping to make things simple for you:

• $5.00 for all orders

Canadian Orders: Flat-rate shipping is $24.97. (coming soon)

Austrailian Orders: Flat-rate shipping is $24.97. (coming soon)

International Orders:

• We do not currently ship Internationally to other countries beyond Canada and Australia

Returns & Exchanges 

My deepest hope is that you love Radiance Rebel products.

As of right now we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of the product and being a small business that is brand new.

We are working diligently to set up an effective exchange option very soon.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping back to us; this amount will be deducted from your refund. This is for both domestic and international orders. 

Incorrectly addressed packages:

In the event of an incorrect address being provided by customer, which is beyond our responsibility, and the package is delivered to the wrong address, a refund will not be processed until RadianceRebel receives the erroneously addressed package. If the customer requests a replacement package instead of a refund, a new shipping charge will be applied and must be paid prior to dispatching the new shipment.

Digital Product Returns

All digital products are not eligible for returns and refunds.
