About Kathryn (hi it’s me)

Hi Friends! I am Kathryn, I would love to start by listing all my certification’s first but I think it’s more important you know WHO I am first and a little about my story.

I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister and deep lover of all things natural, wellness, nature, outdoor’s, tree’s bird’s, walking, nutrition, skincare, health optimization and being the best mom I can possibly be for my daughter(who if you don’t know our story is our little miracle).

You’d think with all those deep love’s I wouldn’t have as many hard health hurdle’s or issues in my life as I have. But my skin, wellness, and non toxic journey’s were born out of necessity and desperation when I felt failed over and over and over again with my skin, skin cancer, chronic hip pain, premature aging, amenhorrea issues from sports, and so much more.

Well that story is a long one but long story short my 20’s were full of hormonal acne, sensitive skin, multiple skin cancer diagnosis, redness, rashes, rapidly aging skin, deep wrinkle’s, sun spots, melasma, and so so so much more.

I went to all the dermatologist (the tippy top popular ones In LA too because I was an actor at the time living in CA) and I was just left hopeless and with more issue’s than I started with.

I relied on botox for years but knew there had to be a better way and that I did not want to continue to inject my body for the rest of my life. That is when I went on my decade long journey of holistic skin healing and my Rooted and Radical Radiance guide’s were born.

Over the years I have certified in nutrition, face taping, face cupping, toxicology and I am currently in the midst of my function aesthetic practitioner certification and ability to read and offer HTMA test’s(hair tissue mineral analysis).

What I have learned over the years has helped me completely turn around my health in all categories and given me my natural radiance, vibrancy and more back after struggling for years. When conventional practices failed I lit my own path and now I find the greatest joy and honor in lighting the path for others!
